to use the ZPC-Control system anywhere
With this attachable avancon profile you are able to use the avancon advanced control concept even in an older or any different conveyor construction.
It is simply screwed at any position on the conveyor frame with self forming screws in any horizontal or vertical position.
You may use your existing sensors and motor-rollers in 24 V.
It is patented in most industrialized countires worldwide
Special profile for OTU!
This Profile is used for the avancon OTUs, which are fixed on the upper side.
Underneath (see on the right upside down) it is build with patented rips for the ASi-Cables. With a special clamp all control boxes can be secured and fixed.
Of course, you need for this no tools. The ZPC-Control boxes are just pressed on to the cables at any position and fixed with snap-in clamp.
From 2024 we will offer the avancon Flat BLDC Gear Motor for all constructions.
