If you have crates and containers with the same dimensions or conical sides, you can use the avancon ZPC conveyor system with rows of double rollers (or a combination of three). These roller bodies are either made entirely of polyamide or they have running surfaces made of softer polyurethane and run very quietly.

If you have boxes, and/or trays in different sizes or conical, then you can use the avancon ZPC system with conveyor-roller-corpus and spacers. These conveyor-rollers can be delivered with or without tires of softer Polyurethane and run very quiet.

This avancon roller conveyor-system can be made with a

min. pitch of 40 mm. That means you can transport very small goods from 120 mm

length without having to use rollers of smaller diameters. These roller-corpus are also available as friction drive for low pressure accumulation and partly in curves.

For different sizes of goods and cartons - even small and large ones mixed together - you can use the avancon “Multiblock” conveyor rollers in full width, which are made of polyurethane with or without soft tires.

has special roller bodies with rings (one or more) made of polyurethane to handle sensitive goods or manufacturing processes.

For all types of goods in wide dimensions, wider than 600 mm, avancon has a central support of the axles with ball bearings available. This makes it possible to build wider tracks - up to 1200 mm.

It is suitable for all shapes of avancon roller tracks made of polyamide or with soft tires made of polyurethane with or without spacers.

The pitch can be 40, 55, 75,

100, or 125 mm.

avancon gravity conveyor

The gravity conveyors from avancon are designed in the same way as the ZPC product range. The difference is that the gravity conveyors have no drive system and no control system and the roller body can also rotate loosely on the axis. They operate with a gradient of 2.5 % to 4 %. With the combination of free-running precision ball bearings and the free-running rollers, a gradient of 2.5 % is sufficient in most cases.

80% of all units with flat base, as cartons, boxes, trays, tablets, work-piece holders and so on, can be handled and transported worldwide in logistics and distribution centers with these avancon conveyors.

Conveyor gate

The avancon Conveyor Gate is specially equipped with a button on both sides with a red/green LED light. This button is integrated into the avancon ZPC control system. When the light turns green at the push of a button, the avancon Conveyor Gate can be opened easily and allows safe passage. The goods running on the conveyor are accumulated behind the gate without any accumulation pressure. When the gate is closed again, the light turns red again and the ZPC function begins, transporting the goods over the gate as usual.

Up and Down

With these avancon Conveyor-Rollers made with tires of Polyurethane in 70° shore we can transport UP- and DOWN as with normal belt conveyors. But as energy saving avancon ZPC-system, allowing zero pressure accumulation (ZPA) while conveying up or down.

Finally, this avancon ZPC-Concept offers a big relief in maintenance.

Up and down avancon roller conveyors are also identical in construction to normal avancon roller conveyors, the same appearance, the same functions, everything built into the frame profile, such as controls, light barriers, cabling, even the flat avancon BLDC DC motors and - built into a crossbeam - the entire power supply. Nothing protrudes, no box, no motor, no screw....

Design details

special hinge for horizontal up and down

This is the specially developed hinge for up and down transport. It is used for both roller conveyors and belt conveyors. The construction follows the patented avancon Streamline design of all frames. - Even the details at avancon look elegant and beautiful.

The transition from horizontal to incline or from decline to horizontal has small timing belts on special pulleys, dimension are the same as the avancon standard roller-corpus of 50 mm.

Curves

The avancon roller conveyor curves can be designed with double conveyor rollers or rollers with spacers. avancon conveyor curves are always wider in the centre than the straight lines in relation to the transport of the largest goods. They are the same width again at the connections to the straight tracks. This saves space and costs. And offers a consistently modern design.

avancon roller conveyor curves can be manufactured for all standard widths and lengths of goods to be transported.

All curves operate in full ZPC (Zone Powered Conveyor) mode for zero pressure accumulation within the curve at every stop.

Curves are built with the same avancon conveyor rollers as the straight conveyors. Special conical rollers are no longer necessary!

This here is a very smooth avancon ZPC curve, simply rectangular.

Through a combination of PU-tired and PA rollers on the driven axles and the large horizontal roller in the corner - also with a soft tire made of polyurethane - the goods are safely demanded “around the corner”.

This avancon curve needs less space. It transports with 0.3 ms up to 1.5 ms fast and smoothly.
